First, Rachael shares how to create small bows using buttercream and a piping tip. These bows can be piped directly onto the surface of your cakes and cookies, or made in advance with royal icing. Piped royal icing bows can be dried and stored for future projects!
Next, learn how to make bows using modeling chocolate or fondant in a silicon mold that produces crisp and clean detailed bows that are perfect for any application, small or large. This technique can be used with gum paste to create ready to go bows. And finally, make a beautiful bow by hand using only a ruler and knife. Rachael shares a quick technique for making a fluffy bow in any size with simple adjustments. All of these bows are quick, easy, and make adorable additions to your sweet confections.
