Rachael will share her favorite chocolate and melting methods for making all sorts of chocolate treats. She will demonstrate how to pour a hollow chocolate piece by emptying excess chocolate at just the right time, and how to clean up any rough edges before releasing the chocolate from a silicone mold. Then learn how to fill and seal off your chocolate heart quickly and easily to enclose your surprise treats, gifts, and messages inside the edible container; it wouldn’t be a smash box if we didn’t smash it too!
