Along the way she will shares tips on how to hold a piping bag correctly, piping with a star and leaf tip, and a time-saving trick to switch tips without the use of a coupler. Once you have mastered these simple beginning cake decorating techniques, Rachael encourages you to play with different tips and décor items to create your own unique cupcakes for your next party.
