Sprinkles on cupcakes are one of the easiest ways to decorate and probably one of the funnest as well. So let me show you one of the quick ways to put a little added color and texture to your cupcakes. I'm gonna start just with a mini cupcake, and this is a rounded tip, it's slightly larger. This is called a one A and it's the perfect size tip for a little mini cupcake. Straight up and down with your bag and give it a good squeeze. And you're gonna see that you probably have a little bit of texture on your icing and that's okay because we're gonna use some of our sprinkles to decorate them. So what I like to do is pour some sprinkles, right inside of a low shallow bowl. And all you need to do is roll the edges of your cupcake right along the inside edge of that bowl. And that creates a really fun little decorative cupcake. Quick, easy, adorable. You can do the same thing with any type of sprinkle. So I just used the nonpareils. Now I'm gonna use a little bit of sanding sugar. Same thing, pipe a little icing. And this time I'm gonna sprinkle a little on the table, and this is just gonna allow me to get the edge of the icing without getting the top as well. And all you really need to do is just keep turning that cupcake until it's fully covered. And I'm just shaping it a little bit. This is the nice thing about putting sprinkles down is you can actually shape your buttercream as you're rolling it. So you can see, I sorta have a squared off edge on those two sides. So I'm just gonna make sure that I'm rolling it a little bit further each time. There. And then our last style of sprinkle I'm gonna use is our Jimmies and with this one, I'm gonna cover the whole cupcake. You could again, also put this in a bowl, works just as easily. You could always sprinkle on top as well, if you'd like. This one, I'm just gonna do the top. For a fun little twist. So if you want to just do the outer edges or the entire cupcake, or just the top, it all just is a slight twist of the wrist and a slightly different position in your cupcake to create some super adorable mini cupcakes.
